Challenge for the day








Greetings Everyone,






The challenge for today are PUSH UP STANCE HOLDS






The length of time will be determined during class....
If you're doing them at home, you should hold the stance no less than 60 seconds
Now is you will see your strength engaged

Upper and lower body strength. This requires tremendous balance. OK, I'm ready!!!

This is Diana, the black woman from Vegas that attended your Bally's Wheaton classes the week before last. I wanted to check with you regarding our last conversation about the other faster paced kickboxing classes you told me you teach on Mon, Wed, & Fri mornings sometime between 10 - 11am at another location.
