Challenge for the Week





This weeks challenge will consist of SQUATS, PUSH UPS




You will be performing 25 1 leg seated squats with the steppers on each leg




You will be performing 20 push ups straight with feet on the steppers




Assignment is to pick a partner to workout with for the entire class.....you share your stepper with this person.....at the beginning of the challenge with 1 hand, hold onto your left earlobe....


This will let me know who went on the blog.........Please do not tell your classmates what the challenge is or what they should do......OBEDIENCE is BETTER than SACRIFICE

Being a part of each cycle I have not only seen improvement in my appearance but my eating habits, my attitude and my overall lifestyle. Lisa is truly a JEWEL and a pillar of strength for us all. Taebo has truly been the change I needed for my life. Here I am 2 cycles later and almost 70 pounds lighter. The encouragement from the class and Lisa along with the great workout have truly been a benefit. I have learned that being healthy is more than just working out, but a lifestyle.
