Challenge for the Week



This weeks focus are on the Abdomens (Abs) & will be conducted on Wednesday








Consisting of 1 Arm Forward Plank for 2 minutes on each arm








2 Arm Table Plank for 2 minutes








Bended Leg Raises holding in the stationary position for 2 minutes on each leg








NO REST WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN MOVEMENTS...PLEASE BE READY 2 WORK!
