Challenge for the week









This week we are focusing on abs & shoulders






Please bring your jump rope to class tonight






You will have a 3 minute endurance test






Bring your water to class & a towel and a change of clothes afterward

Lisa,
The 3 minute jump rope was absolutely an endurance test for me and I am so grateful that I completed the task. After the 2 minute countdown, my body started to feel muscles that were hidden inside that I never imagined were there. I enjoyed the challenge.
