For some reason the system didn't not submit this weeks information. I do apologize for the technical difficulty.....However, I do commend everyone for their participation in Wednesday nights challenge.....You did terrific and T-N-T is godly proud of you all.

Great workout challenge with the dumbbell press!!! I felt the burning in my muscles. I really learned a lot from your demonstrations re the power punches/kicks. Watch out, I have been practicing.
