I started working out at the beginning of Cycle 2. The classes have become a routine part of my daily living. When I have to miss a class, there is a void. I have become more toned and I can see the difference in the way my clothes fit. I look forward to the challenge of Cycle 4. Thank you Lisa for your dedication and commitment.

When I started this 3 month Cycle 3T-N-T Blast Program, I wanted to challenge my mind and body to the limit that I had never surpassed before. I was very eager and motivitated to participate. I did not want to miss a class because I felt that all challenges were necessary for me to attempt some of my goals. I fell that this challenge has affected my approach on fitness, daily activities and weight management in a positive manner because it has allowed me to overcome some of the negative images I had about myself. I feel comfortable looking in the full length mirror now. I did not like my negative reflection of being overweight. My clothes feel much better now, I love the positive compliments, my personal attitude toward many major issues has made me think more positive, and the endurance of exercising even makes me feel great. When I come to Lisa's class, all stress is relieved and I focus on me. I am learning how to love me right now. I also have a calmness and inner peace with myself by smiling more inside and out. My weight loss since taking the Cycle 3 T-N-T Blast Program has also decreased. I am also thankful for this challenge because on a personal note, no new medications have been prescribed by the doctor for my health. Jackie C. and Veronica, I am with you both when it comes to missing a class. I do feel a void in my life when I am not in attendance on Mon, Wed and Sat. Lisa, I love you and thank you for continuing to motivate me as I continue this life-long journey.

Your class is awesome! I am so amazed that I am on my way in achieving my goal. At the beginning of cycle three, I was wearing a size 18. Now, I’m happy to say, I’m now wearing a size 14 and 18lbs. lighter. I am a much happier wife, mother and employee. Your class has helped to build my confidence and has taught me discipline and self-control. Most of all, I want to thank God for your dedication and commitment in helping to restore healthy bodies to anyone that is willing to PUT THE WORK IN. You are more than an instructor; you’re a woman of God who stands in the gap for others until they get a break through. May God richly bless you and return unto you a hundredfold in all that you do towards helping others maintain a healthy life style.

Most days, I am overwhelmed and consumed with trying to get it all done. Tending to family, work, and everything in between gets tough and I often get off track from my goal of good health and a positive lifestyle. Lisa's class helps keep me motivated even when I feel like I'm going backward instead of forward. Now my challenge is to keep the weight off ('cause I've started to gain it back!) and to keep my spirits up. Fighting the sense of being overwhelmed is a tougher battle than losing and keeping off weight. When I come to Lisa's class I am motivated by the positive energy and feel like I can do anything I put my mind to.
When I am in Lisa's class, I can just be in the moment, even if it's just for a little while.

To become a person strong in mind, in body and in spirit is my lifelong personal pursuit. Challenging myself in Lisa's class is one experience along the way that helps me deal with other, less beneficial challenges, along the way. I'm just thankful to be able to attend weekly and hope to continue to achieve. Thanks Lisa and others who constantly motivate me.

I must say that I have enjoyed my kickboxing/taebo, free weights and hands on training experience while attending Lisa Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 class since March 2009. I have been working out with Lisa at the least two to three days a week. I must say that I never weighed myself at the beginning of Cycle 2 and Cycle 3, but I have noticed a tremendous amount of inches lost and I have dropped a pant size, working on dropping another pant size.

Since joining Lisa‘s class, I have learned a great deal about what I am capable of achieving when pushed (motivated) and have found that Lisa ‘s class have a variety of aerobic/kickboxing movements and weekly challenges and this also keep me motivated to strive for greater results. I will encourage everyone to tell all their friends, family colleagues, how Lisa’s class has inspired me and many others to be the best that we can be.. I look forward to more of the group type classes and challenges for the upcoming year 2010. Lisa keep up the outstanding work, the motivation and lastly keep the music going an we all will keep “PUTTIN THE WORK IN”

Love yah

This 3 month cycle has been very influential on many aspects of my life. From my eating to my thinking have had a change for the better. I am looking better and feeling better. Being healthy is a lifestyle that comes with more than that of just physical requirements. Within these last 3 months I have surely began to developed the mental control needed to help me on this journey. I always keep my spirituality with as well.
Thank you Lisa!!

Lisa,

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! For helping me find my enter beauty. I can honestly say that I am a changed woman. I feel so good in the morning when I wake up. I am so much happier with life in general. Taking your classes and being surrounded by all of the positive engery and love is what keeps me motivated each day. After recovering from two back surgeries, I never thought I would be able to live an active and full life again. However, you have encouraged me to keep my body moving and I am so greatful to you.

To all the ladies and gentlemen in class you guys are looking GREAT!

Much Love,
Tamika MC

I started with Lisa shortly before Cycle 1 ended and was revved up to start Cycle 2. I too would be very disappointed if the husband got home too late causing me to miss even a couple minutes of the warm up!

People were able to see the results in my face and I was able to see them elsewhere, especially after all free weights! I especially like the "circuit-training" from Cycle 3.

Never would I have thought I'd be rushing out the door, leaving unfed babies to get to the gym! But I am, and I thank Lisa for her continued dedication, support and overall greatness!
