Challenge for today





The challenge for today will be SPEED JUMPING JACKS in a 90 second time period




It time to weak up every joint in your body.




Don't for get your water.

I agree with you. Jumping Jacks wake up my joints anyway, but doing the Speed Jumping Jacks for 90 seconds, I can see now they will have my joints and limbs on fire!!! I got my water and I'm ready and focused for this challenge.

oh my goodness.....im trying to get a head start and talk to all my joints now. "wake up joints, no time to back out know. we signed up for cycle 4 together" ha ha ha
