This exercise requires you to use your upper body strength, i.e., ams, shoulders, chest and hands. I have attempted this before and it was difficult for me because I was much heavier with my weight. Since I have dropped a few pounds w/in the past few months, I hope the challenge may not be as difficult for me. All of my very best effort will be put in. Lisa, once again you challenge me to use all parts of my body to get the results I need to look and feel better about myself!!!
