Challenge For This Week



CYCLE 3 CREW CHALLEGE

How many two arm bent over upward rows you can do with 10lbs weights in 1 minute

This challenge will be performed in Wednesday nights 7:30pm class. Make sure you're on time because it might be the first things we do after warmups.

Wow, what a challenge!!! In the past, I have only challenged myself to 5 lbs. The 10 lb Cycle 3Crew challenge was really a boost for me. I never thought that I could ever lift 10 lb weights until I performed the two arm bent over upward rows. I was very proud of myself with the amount of times I lifted these weights w/in a minutes time and was very pleased with my results. I even felt the burn in my muscles while pursuing this challenge so I know I was performing them right. With all of your help and assistance, I am continuing to shed these unwanted pounds and I am feeling very good about my inner self. With sincere love and gratitude for all you give us to continue to "PUT THE WORK N."
