CELLULITE MELTER RECIPE

Ingredients

1 grape fruit
1 Orange
1 lemon
1 lime
1 slice fresh pineapple

PEEL FRUIT/Put it through your juicer

CARROT & PINE NUTS SOUP RECIPE

Savour Creamy Soup Vegetarian Milk Product Nuts Vegetable Healthy High Protein Low Sodium

Ingredients
Carrot 220 gms
Celery 50 gms
Lime 01 no.
Onion 40 gms
Vegetable stock 500ml
Flour 20 gms
Butter 20 gms
Salt 05 gms
Pepper Power 10 gms
Cream 100 ml
Pine nuts 50 gms

Preparation
1. Take butter and olive oil and heat the mixture
2. Saute the mixture and the carrot in it till they sweat. Season little while doing this
3. Add the flour to it and saute'
4. Add the vegetable stock and the pine nuts
5. Bring it to a boil and simmer till the time the vegetables are cooked
6. Make a fine puree of the above with the help of a food processor or a blender
7. Put it back on fire and add cream and bring it to a simmer and you're finished
