BLAST YOUR ABS!



Check out the video below for an all NEW ab workout series that you can do in the comfort of your home! This workout will be great in jump starting your morning or a great way to end your day. For those of you who experience discomfort working out on the floor, feel free to perform these exercises on your bed. Just be sure to complete all the sets and reps for maximum results.

Thanks Lisa. I've already noticed a change in the abs. A little extra workout will definitely help. I will be working out with these.

Thanks Lisa...you're awesome! I started my ab routine last Friday...crunches, reverse crunches, flutters, planks (regular and side), and oblique twists. I've lost a total of 10 pounds, but better than anything else, I'm so much stronger than I was just a month ago.

Lisa and everyone, I had a BREAKTHROUGH last Thursday; I left class able to breathe without wheezing and walked out of Bally's in a non-delirious state! I actually felt kind of good. So of course when Tuesday (yesterday) came around I thought "I have so got this licked, bring it Lisa!" Well Lisa brought it and I left wondering did I dream last Thursday or what!
