CHALLENGE OF THE MONTH






























THIS MONTHS CHALLENGE ARE SIT UPS
The goal is to do 500 Sit ups in a day by the end of the month of December!!!!
Every day attempt to get 100 of them in. However you break it down. If you can do a straight 100 do them first thing in the morning. If you can only get in 25, break it up to 4 times a day to complete the 100.
Once you're able to go past 100 go for it, so in 3wks you will reach your goal of 500 in a day.
This is very achievable. For those of you who workout with me at Francis Scott Key Elem. You have done all 500 sit ups in 30minutes AFTER a hard hour cardio session with me.
We can do this, & we will shall with a little preparation & a lot of determination.
So lets get on the floor, pull out the mats & get to working it out!
