CARDIO MANIA









For the month of February we are starting up our Straight Cardio Sessions.
NO WEIGHTS for this month.
These classes has ONE GOAL & ONE FOCUS.... to BURN BURN BURN them CALORIES away
If losing weight is your goal in 2011, come sweat it out with us and watch those unwanted pounds melt off you throughout the month of February.
Make sure to incorporate a good meal plan, drink plenty of water & get a good nights rest to go along with any exercise program you commit too.
I have seen the negative effects of not having these things in place in my daily routine. Many complications can follow if you don't have balance in your life. It will have adverse effects on everything you do.
A balance diet will give you strength & energy for your workouts
Water will hydrate your body & enable it to cool you down when you get hot from your workout
Proper rest, will help you recover from your workouts & energize, refresh you for the next day
Daily activity will help you stay fit, strong and rejuvenated.
All that needs to be done to achieve a lifestyle of vitality is for us to GET UP & take advantage of the resources God has placed all around us..... The information & tools/people are right there.
Now all we need do is.... GO FOR IT!!!!
The achievement comes, when we ACT on IT...
You CAN conqueror weight platos, slow metabolisms by making a move...
Its your call.... make the move to be "The Best You, You can be!"

CHALLENGE OF THE MONTH






























THIS MONTHS CHALLENGE ARE SIT UPS
The goal is to do 500 Sit ups in a day by the end of the month of December!!!!
Every day attempt to get 100 of them in. However you break it down. If you can do a straight 100 do them first thing in the morning. If you can only get in 25, break it up to 4 times a day to complete the 100.
Once you're able to go past 100 go for it, so in 3wks you will reach your goal of 500 in a day.
This is very achievable. For those of you who workout with me at Francis Scott Key Elem. You have done all 500 sit ups in 30minutes AFTER a hard hour cardio session with me.
We can do this, & we will shall with a little preparation & a lot of determination.
So lets get on the floor, pull out the mats & get to working it out!

NOVEMBERS 2 DAY CHALLENGE


















I sincerely hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving Day, and that you ate all your happy heart desired.
Well, today is a new day and it's time for us to renew our minds and jump back on our Exercise Regime.
For the last two days in November lets close it out with a CHALLENGE! PUSH UPS
The goal is to do 25 PUSH UPS by the end of the day. Starting today
By tomorrow you need to do ALL 25 STRAIGHT in a ROW with NO STOPPING. You can do it. if you take my class you already do 16 in the warm up.... 9 more won't hurt you.
Your chest has to go down to the floor for it to count.
Remember, you can do anything you put your mind to, if you believe it, you can achieve it.
So lets get down on the floor and "Put the Work N" that's the quickest way we WIN!
